Terms of Service & Warranty Rules

1. Informational & Estimating Tool Disclaimer

Our Fair Price Estimator and Diagnostic Symptom Tree provide benchmark guidance derived from industry labor guides and distributor price averages. Actual shop invoices may vary based on rusted bolts, vehicle modifications, regional labor indices, or hidden underlying damage confirmed during physical mechanical disassembly.

2. 24-Month / 24,000-Mile Warranty Provisions

Qualifying mechanical repairs performed by an accredited Honest Mechanic Alliance shop are covered by a 24-month or 24,000-mile limited warranty (whichever comes first). The warranty covers parts and labor defects under normal passenger operating conditions. Commercial fleets and racing applications are excluded.

3. Limitation of Liability

Honest Mechanic Auto Care Alliance is a non-profit consumer association. Physical mechanical repairs are contracted directly between the vehicle owner and the independent repair facility.
